What Do You Do?

Have you received a family or expert report and the report contained errors or mistakes?

We can help!

We know all the guidelines that report writers must follow

We also have the training, skill & knowledge to tear the report apart, and in most cases, paragraph by paragraph.

It's hard to imagine a more stupid or more dangerous way of making decisions than by putting those decisions in the hands of people who pay no price for being wrong.

Is my personal information safe?

At Help Family Law we are bound by the same laws as Medical Practitioners. We have a safe and secure system which protects your information. Once your case is closed we save all the information to a USB with only your client number attached, which is then locked away.

Can you read my family reports?

Yes – provided you sign the authority form giving Help Family Law consent to act on your behalf, we can read all documentation, including your family report or expert report.

Can you assess family and expert reports?

Yes – Help Family Law can assess all reports regardless of who undertook the report or how long ago the report was provided. We can also assess Child Inclusive conference reports.

Can the review be used in Court?

Yes. Help Family Law reviews have been used several times in Court. Many have been  attached to parents’ affidavits to support their claims that the report is inaccurate, incomplete and misleading. Help Family Law reports have summary pages attached outlining the errors in the report which can include new information such as additional reports.

How do you tear apart the reports?

The reports are undertaken by social workers, psychologists & psychiatrists who are all medical practitioners. These medical practitioners are bound by guidelines as well as Court standards and the Family Law Act.

At Help Family law we assess the report applying the medical practitioners’ guidelines, in some cases paragraph by paragraph.

How is the report review provided?

The reviewed report is provided with the summary pages on letter head which includes the Curriculum Vitae of Annie Kelly.

How long does it take to provide the assessment?

Once you have signed the consent form and provided the completed client information form then on most occasions the report can be provided within 7-10 business days.

If you require your assessment urgently please advise.
